Welcome to our FAQ section. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shopping with VitaFeet UK.


1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days via Royal Mail.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been shipped.


2. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a Royal Mail tracking number by email.
You can follow the delivery progress directly through the Royal Mail website.


3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free tracked delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.


4. Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Of course. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.


6. How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll be notified by email once it’s completed.


7. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Please email support@vitafeetuk.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll resolve it quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at support@vitafeetuk.com.
Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.


9. Do you have a physical store?

No, VitaFeet UK operates exclusively online.
This allows us to keep our prices fair while offering premium orthopaedic footwear delivered straight to your door.
