Return & Refund Policy – VitaFeet UK

At VitaFeet UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Returns must be requested via email before sending the item back.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vitafeetuk.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send your order back without prior authorisation — unregistered returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels in transit.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
We will cover the return costs and either:

Send you a replacement item, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
This complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which guarantees your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (via Stripe or your card provider).
Please note that:

Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your item for a different size or colour, please return your original order and place a new one.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or refund.
